Today I am participating in the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge. Theme this week is Use Your Favorite Stamp

I think i said before, but I LOVE the Peeking Pets stamp set! Another thing i love about it is there are a couple images that you dont need to color. I needed quick get well soon card for a friend – her friend had a regular dr appt that ended up in surgery!
These cute pets combined with the MFT get well soon circle frame and some colored outline stamping for the background really hit the spot!

Products used:
- Peeking Pets stamps
- Pet Specs dies
- Lawn Fawn On the Mend stamp set
- Get Well Soon Circle Frame – apparently this is now retired??? found some here though!
- Distress ink cubes – tumbled glass and antique linen
- Altenew obsidian black ink
- Neenah white card base
- Matching colored card stock (for top later circle frame)
- silver paper – pet specs
- Misti
Techniques or tips and tricks
- use a Misti to stamp the dog face right where you need directly on the card base
- i love altenew obsidian black ink to make sure its nice and crisp
- randomly stamp the colored bandaids around
- stack the circle frames to get some depth, top with a matching color
- They also make christmas, happy birthday, hugs, thanks and congrats circle frames that you can make the same card with other coordinating colored outline images! The pup stamp even has cute hats or even wiggle headband of hearts to add to match with a theme! Graduation cap too! Santa hat! I love how this set works for so many occasions.
