Greetings! Let’s have some fun with products from Pear Blossom Press today!

It’s Christmas in July!!! Do you have a favorite Christmas movie you’re waiting to watch? I actually don’t like “A Christmas Story” as a whole movie but I LOVE the leg lamp and some of the fun oneliners haha! I found this leg lamp image online for free, combined with Lawn Fawn window, a brick embossing folder and of course A LIGHT!
How did I make this double interactive? Let’s go through the steps!

Supplies Used:
- Pear Blossom Press One Light
- Pear Blossom Press World’s Greatest Foam Tape
- Pear Blossom Press Stamp and Die Set
- Leg Lamp FREE digi stamp (add pantyhose lines with 0.05 multiliner)
- Lawn Fawn Window Frame
- Lawn Fawn Fancy Folded Banners
- Hedgehog Hollow Starburst stencil
- Distress Oxide Ink Squeezed Lemonade
- Stampinup Bricks 3D embossing folder and sentiment – run through embossing folder with tone on tone color ink for lovely depth detail
- Acetate
- Shaker bits

First, I sandwiched the leg lamp in between the acetate and window. I added acetate to the back of the window using scortape, then used thin foam tape to create a shallow shaker (we don’t want thick foam tape since the foam tape around the light will be thick). The light will come through the hole in the black stenciled panel, but I didnt want to leak shaker bits. I added a small piece of acetate over the hole.

Since I need to mount the shaker on top (I usually prefer to make a shaker bit pool and sit the card base onto it -upside down, but not for this card!) I made a circle of sequins to contain my tiny caviar beads. I love using caviar/micro beads in shakers because they get that noise going even if your other shaker elements get stuck. 😉 #cheattip! I used thin foam tape to lift the sentiment banner up on some dimension and also added a push tab and gold embellishments. “Push” is from Pear Blossom Press Stamp and Die Set.
But what’s going on behind the scene for the light? THAT’S THE EASIEST PART!

It’s just a Pear Blossom Press One Light !!! I placed a glue dot on top of the light and then placed the card on top. Pear Blossom Press World’s Greatest Foam Tape and then that’s IT!!!!
Here’s the finished product, what do you think?
