Greetings! Let’s have some fun with products from Pear Blossom Press today!

Here’s what we are making in action!
Coloring and assembly video on youtube, link at the bottom of this page, or you can read my quick summary below!

I cut out the Simon Says Stamp Spooky Tree Arch Dies and I used Simon Says Stamp Mini Ink Pouncers and Seedless Preserves Distress Oxide to highlight the tree arch die cut with a spooky purple. I colored the ghosts with grey accents with my OLO Markers. I then also cut out the tree arch as a window through the grey piece.
I cut out one more ghost to use a button and used the Pear Blossom Press Stamp and Die Set for “press”.
I made a fun edge border for the card using Pinkfresh Studio Diagonal Stripe Stencil and Villainous Potion Distress Ink.

To match, I used the Villainous Potion and Carved Pumpkin distress oxide to ink up both sides of the Pear Blossom Press Vellum I wanted to place behind the tree arch. Two coats gave the best look for what I was going for.
The light was showing the white through from the card base, so I cut a same size grey piece to place behind it.

I splattered the top of the grey piece, added Black Soot Distress Ink on the edges, inlayed the tree, and then mounted the inked up vellum to the back. For the sentiment, I cut the Lawn Fawn Happy Halloween Line Border in orange glitter paper and black so I could offset to have a shadow.
Its time to assemble! I placed the Pear Blossom Press Halo Light where the 5 lights shine through the trees and can light up the ghost eyes. Then I framed the light with Pear Blossom Press World’s Greatest Foam Tape. When I tested the light, I was able to adhere the ghosts perfectly in place.
