Greetings! Let’s have some fun with products from Pear Blossom Press today!
Here’s what we are making in action!

Start with a white and black A2 panel. Unity Stamp Company Other Worldly Greetings Stamp Set comes as a nested rubber stamp with a starry background and embedded astronaut and alien scene. Place entire stamp on a stamp positioner where you want, I centered on the card front.
Remove the astronaut and alien part. REMEMBER to use your embossing buddy before stamping! Stamp the image on black card stock in silver pigment ink and heat emboss with silver embossing powder. I use a Ranger Heat Tool so it doesn’t blow the powder away before setting.
Add back in the astronaut and alien nested in the stamp positioner and then remove the stars. Stamp again on the black panel with silver pigment ink – but DO not emboss. this is just for a guide to overlay and the balloon string. Use the heat gun to set the pigment ink so it doesn’t smudge (ask me how I know!).
Repeat stamping the astronaut and alien on the white card stock. Color with OLO Markers. Add gold platter to the Martian landscape.
Add Glossy Accents to the eye, faceplate, and balloon for extra shine. Wait to dry before cutting out – or be smarter than me and wait until the end! haha
Trim the white panel to overlay on the black panel. Trim out the balloon separately and let the silver thread of the background stamp show through.
Now for the lights!
Use a poker to poke through 3 stars and tape Pear Blossom Press Twinkle Lights behind them. Locate where you want “push” and stamp the Pear Blossom Press Stamp Set there. Stick the button behind with glue dots or double sided tape.
Stamp “I beleive in you” sentiment from the Other Worldly Greetings Stamp Set on white scrap paper, trim and flag. Adhere flat on front.
Add Pear Blossom Press World’s Greatest Foam Tape to the back, trimming it to fit any thinner areas.
That’s it! remove backing paper and stick to your card base!
