I blended a coordinating balloon background with the Waffle Flower Balloon Background Stencil Trio to go with the cute character in this set holding a balloon. My background was a bit too busy, so I popped up the little ghostie on a postage die frame from Unity Stamp Company. Images were colored with my OLO Markers.
